Vendor Information

Outdoor event. All spaces are 10′ × 10′.
Space only — you must bring your own tent, tables, chairs. No electricity provided.

Fees (2025)

• Craft Vendors: $50

• Games, Face Painting, or Food: $100

• Commercial Businesses: $250

How to Register

1. Complete the Vendor Reservation Form (for one 10′ × 10′ space).

2. Submit payment (registration is not valid until payment is received):

Important Notes

• Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.

• Registration closes October 4th, 2025.

• Reservation covers space only; vendors supply all equipment.

• Event is outdoors—plan for weather.
