Vendor Booth Info

The Community Days each year draws approx. 20,000 attendees. having a booth is a great way to promote your business. Each year we have a limited amount of 10′ x 10′ spaces.  This years dates are Thursday May 29th, 5 till 10,  Friday May 30th, 5 till 10 &  Sat May 31st, 2 till 10 .  We provide the space and electric, you supply the rest. Cost for 1 space for the entire 3 day weekend is $300. fill out the form to apply. Payment can be made by Venmo to: @Joseph-Dietrich-17 or a check can be made payable to: Adamstown Community Days, 63 Misty Meadow Drive, Reinholds, Pa. 17569.

Our food stands are currently provided by Tons of Fun shows, local vendors and local non profit groups. At this time we do not have any openings for food vendors.

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MAY 17TH. TO BE A STANDHOLDER,  FULL PAYMENT AND FORM NEEDS TO BE RECEIVED BY THAT DATE!
